End of the line
I’m afraid White Horse Vale is no more
When the guys from generation three returned home from college they all refused to get married - each time I made them propose they kept jumping in the air (and not for joy), so it would appear that they were all suffering from the dreaded jump bug for some reason. It may have been due to the number of times I’d moved them all around as the new expansion packs were released, as each family had been causing problems occasionally whilst saving the lots. I’d killed off some of the elders to make room for the children that would be born into generation four, and had planned an epidemic of some kind as a reason for the deaths. Moving on to the merchants, George Chandler was thrilled when his daughter Evelyn became engaged to the Oakhampton merchant Joseph Porter. I’d planned for George’s son Monty to marry a townie after a visit from the gypsy matchmaker, but I never got that far:
On to the peasant family, the Gardeners. The heir to Generation 3 was Bobby, and he married Veronica Greaves after a spot of matchmaking and a blind date. His sister Annie was going to marry Richard Carter, the Oakhampton peasant:
